Acas have commissioned ERL to monitor their training evaluations and feedback. This process involves ERL collating responses from all Acas run training events across the country, approximately 2500 events each year. ERL ensures that where possible all events have been evaluated, forms returned to ERL offices are coded and inputted and ERL then provides quarterly feedback to the national Acas Head Office and the 11 regions.
ERL is also currently engaged on an Acas commissioned telephone survey in partnership with the Institute for Employment Studies, evaluating Acas delivered workplace projects. |
